In ELA, we are tackling the big debate: Should stores wait until after Remembrance Day to stock their shelves with Christmas merchandise?
We've read articles, learned how to communicate our ideas through writing in paragraph format and are ready to share and justify our ideas and opinions!

6F4:
Your job for Monday is to ensure that you've completed your paragraph outline and that you've drafted your first thinking.
Note: Don't forget that you can use the outline and paragraph that we created as a class to help!

6F3:
We're not quite there yet so don't worry!  On Monday, we'll complete our class paragraph and begin our own paragraphs.

November 10th, 2015

Today we had a beautiful Remembrance Day ceremony at Golden Gate.  Congratulations to our choir students who performed two absolutely beautiful pieces today.

A reminder to 6F3 students that we are writing a test on Thursday.  You must memorize avoir, être, aller and faire and be able to construct simple sentences in the present tense with these verbs.  Use the flash cards that we created today in class to help you study!  You can also use the links in Showbie to play fun verb games that will also help you practice your conjugations.
Good luck!

Someone got published!!!

Our very own Réal was published in the book, Circus!  Madame Buckwold came to our class and read us an incredible story about a haunted house last week.  Little did we know, it was written by one of our very own students!  We are so proud of you Réal! You are proof that we are all authors and have important things to say!
